Facebook Country Story Tips, Guide and Database

We have just released or latest game, Country Story!

Sometimes it’s great to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. In Country Story, you start your life in an idyllic village among friendly villagers, surrounded by lakes and forests and the sweetest fresh air.

Facebook Country Story Tips, Guide and Database

The Mayor is the first of the villagers you’ll meet and he’s happy to help you decorate your home, tend your crops and prepare for your first harvest. And with your friends’ homes nearby you’re never far from someone who can lend a hand. Or perhaps you’re more interested in keeping animals – maybe you can tend cows for their milk, sheep for their wool, or chickens for their delicious eggs!

Facebook Country Story Tips, Guide and Database

A big part of life in Country Story is cooperating with your friends and the other villagers. Helping someone water their crops, participating in community events and finding ingredients for baking a birthday cake for a friend are all part of day-to-day life in the village. But take care – your friends may choose to take advantage of this charming environment and try to take some of your crops – so it pays to be on your guard!

Facebook Country Story Tips, Guide and Database

As the village grows we’ll be adding more activities, quests and areas for you to explore. You’ll soon see that there’s much more to village life than first meets the eye!

Throughout the pre-beta we’ve received excellent feedback on how to improve the game. The ideas for new features have been a great inspiration for the Country Story team, so we thank you for all your support and look forward to hearing how you enjoy life in the world of Country Story!

Drinks in Restaurant City

Drinks has just been released and many people have difficulties dealing with it... so here comes so basics:

What is a drink?
Basically, it's another category of dish that you serve. Drinks can be served after level 15.

You can choose up to 3 drinks to serve.

How do I serve drinks?
You have to buy yourself a soda dispenser and / or a fridge.

How do I level up drinks?
Just like other menus, you collect ingredients.

Who prepares drinks?
Your waiters.

What's the best staff allocation for island layouts with 8 staff?
2 islands: 2 chef, 2 waiters.
1 island: 3 chef, 4 waiters, 1 cleaner.

I served a drink. Now what?
You can wait for a waiter to clean it up and you get your GP - just like a normal dish!

How long does it take for a waiter to prepare a drink with energy over 80%?
Around 12-13 seconds whilst stoves need 16.

Mazes - What are they?

A maze is when you try to make the walking length from your door to your tables as far as possible. Typically, higher level restaurants use mazes.

1. Basic mazing:

In mazing, almost any non wall hanging thing works. From trophies, to mailboxes, to wall blocks, anything except for tables, chairs, stoves(they would work, I wouldn't recommend it.)

2. Efficient money mazing:

Usually when you maze, you don't want to go too expensive, unless you try to make a theme. Usually, the trophy and mailboxes will always be great for mazing, being little to no cost.

3. When to use it:

Never ever ever use mazing in low levels. Under level 17, it actually slows production because customers walk slower. The only time you should use it, is if you have too much customers even with your waiting chairs and arcades.

4: Placement of other things:

Arcades, they always go near the doorway, even if you use a maze. Waiting chairs in my opinion, should be the tables

5: Is mazing good?

It depends. It can save your pop, if you have a crazy influx of customers, but it isn't always the best choice. I acheive 50 pop without using toilets or a maze.

Guide To Getting GOLD Awards

This guide is seriously for the Restaurant City addict; you may find the suggestions here a bit.
Not for a player who wants to enjoy Restaurant City and get the awards "NORMALLY".
All suggestions should be optimum, and enable one to achieve the awards at lowest possible costs and minimum time use.

SOCIALITE -- VISIT 10000 FRIENDS.

Choose a friend of yours who have low, or preferably 0 points.
(This is due to prevention of lagginess which will result in loading restaurants with a lot of decorations.)
Keep visiting his/her restaurant, return to street and visit the restaurant again.

GARBAGE GURU -- CLEAR 10000 PIECES OF TRASH.

Locate restaurants on your street that are really dirty -- MAX being having 15 garbages lying around.
Clear all the garbages in all the filty restaurants, save and reload the game.
Do the same thing over and over again.

SANTA CLAUS -- GIFT 5000 ITEMS.

Personally feel this as the most tiring award.
Get the cheapest tile in Restaurant City, and keep gifting it to your friend.
The best way is to gift them to one of the first 4 friends you see, so that you will not waste time having to scroll and find your other friends.

Alternatively, you can gift yourself as well, if it's not too much of a hassle.
It's a recommended way for people who wants to save up.

Note: This will create a lot of messages in their inboxes, so I suggest finding a friend who is inactive.

TRADING EXPERT - TRADE 5000 INGREDIENTS.

Similar to the SOCIALITE award, find a friend of yours who have low, or preferably 0 points.
(This is due to prevention of lagginess which will result in loading restaurants with a lot of decorations.)

Choose one ingredient of yours and one ingredient of his/her and trade.
Keep using the same ingredients to trade, repeat the trading process.

Note: This will create a lot of messages in their inboxes, so I suggest finding a friend who is inactive.

BIG SPENDER -- SPEND 200000 COINS.

Needless to describe this, just earn money and spend them.
This can be considered to also be a co-joint award that you can achieve together with SANTA CLAUS, INTERIOR DESIGNER, GRAND ARCHITECT, FASHION ICON.

INTERIOR DESIGNER -- BUY 2000 INDOOR ITEMS.

Buy the cheapest stuffs in store: Oak Chair, Simple Table, Basic Window, Green Stripes.
Each of them costs $150.
After buying them, sell them, and you can get back 1/3 of their price ($50), and you can keep buying and selling until you get the awards.

Minimum required coins:
$200000
($100 per indoor item)

GRAND ARCHITECT -- BUY 500 OUTDOOR ITEMS.

Buy the cheapest items in store: Starter Building Base, Grey Brick.
Each of them costs $100.
After buying them, sell them, and you can get back 1/3 of their price ($33), and you can keep buying and selling until you get the awards.

Minimum required coins:
$33500
($67 per indoor item)

FASHION ICON -- BUY 500 AVATAR ITEMS.

Buy the cheapest items in store: Stewardess Shirt, Cute Blue Skirt.
Each of them costs $100.
After buying them, sell them, and you can get back 1/3 of their price ($33), and you can keep buying and selling until you get the awards.

Minimum required coins:
$33500
($67 per avatar item)

GOURMET CHEF -- GET 20 DISHES TO LEVEL 10.

Co-joint award to be achieved together with TRADING EXPERT.
Get ingredients by

1. Daily ingredient.
2. Food quiz.
3. First friend visit.
4. Marketplace. (NOT RECOMMENDED)

Trade with your friends for the ingredients that you need, and you can achieve the award fast!

RESTAURANT CRITIC -- RATE 10000 RESTAURANTS.

Quite interesting award, you can visit a lot of restaurants as you attain the award.
Go to Random Street, and rate the restaurants.
There are 10 restaurants per street.
Keep doing this until you get 10000 restaurants rated!

NOTE: Please do have a kind heart and give beautiful restaurants the ratings they deserve; do not give any ratings just because you want to get the awards quickly.
